Google Workspace (optional, user-authorized):
Gmail (read-only): email metadata and content necessary to detect organizational change signals (e.g., subject, sender, timestamp, snippet; message content only when required for the user-facing feature)
Google Drive / Docs / Sheets / Slides: file metadata and content from user-approved locations to detect change signals and to generate user-requested documents, slide decks, and spreadsheets
Transformare accesses only the data required to provide the features you enable.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide and operate the Transformare platform
Detect and summarize potential organizational changes (“Change Signals”)
Generate user-requested artifacts such as change plans, communications drafts, enablement materials, slide decks, and adoption metrics
Maintain auditability, security, and system reliability
Improve product functionality and performance
5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Transformare’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are clearly visible within Transformare
Google user data is not sold
Google user data is not used for advertising or marketing profiling
Access to Google user data is limited to authorized systems and personnel

Authorized users within your organization, according to workspace permissions
Service providers (sub-processors) that support hosting, security, analytics, and operations, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations
